Cancellations less than 5 hours before an appointment will result in $45 Fee.

 Cancellations on site will result in 100% charge of services ordered. 

For customers with vacant listings and  who cannot be able to be at the property please let us know as much 

details as it can about the listing :

-Lockbox Combo / Supra CBS code / Different access instructions    

-Especial photo shoot requirements 

$25 - $55 Travel fee may apply to properties more than 25 and 60 miles  respectively from Zip (77043).  

For Payments Via PayPal a $5 fee may be applied to the final price.
