Please keep in mind we offer 25 miles coverage free from zip code 77043, if your listing exceeds 25 Miles, a Travel fee may be applied in the final price of the service.

For security reasons, we ask all our current and new customers to pay the invoice after each photo session, once the payment is made, a link will be sent Via Drobox with all the photos.

We will be more than grateful if you can make the payment during the photo session, Otherwise, if the invoice has not been paid, unfortunately we will not be able to send the photos.

All photo session take 1 business day turnaround time. If your photos were taken on a Saturday, keep in mind you will receive them on Monday.

 HD Video  Walkthrough & Aerial video can take up to 3 business days.

Cancellations less than 5 hours before an appointment will result in $45 Fee.

 Cancellations on site will result in 100% charge of services ordered. 

All files will be back-up for 60 days ( including HD Video Walkthrough & Aerial video) after been delivered, please keep in mind we won't be responsible if you lose the files after the mentioned period.
