Please note that we offer free coverage within a 25-mile radius of zip code 77084, if the location is beyond 25 miles, a travel fee may be added to the final price.

For security reasons, we kindly ask all of our current and new clients to pay the invoice after each photo session. Once payment has been received, a Dropbox link containing all of the photos will be sent.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could complete the payment during or at the end of the photo session. Otherwise, if the invoice has not been paid, we will unfortunately be unable to deliver the photos.

The turnaround time for all photo sessions is 24 to 48 hours. If the photos were taken on a Saturday, please note that you will receive them on Monday. HD video Walkthrough tours and aerial videos may take up to 3 business days.

Cancellations less than 5 hours before an appointment will result in $45 Fee.

 Cancellations on site will result in 100% charge of services ordered. 

 All delivered files, including the HD Video Walkthrough and Aerial Video, will be securely backed up for 60 days following delivery. After this 60-day period, the files may be permanently removed from our backup system. Please ensure you download and safely store your files, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost files after the retention period has expired.
