No necessary, if the property is vacant only, but if the property is occupied or has tenants we require you to be present.
We are happy to help all customers, but we limit to move the small things only, big stuff will remain in place like ( sofas, tables, refrigerators, construction utensils etc. ) Remember: we are Photographers, not movers.
